Lemon and White Chocolate Funfetti Easter Fudge

- 180ml NESTLÉ condensed milk
- 45ml Coconut cream
- 450g NESTLÉ milky bar chocolate, chopped into pieces
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 5ml Vanilla essence
- Pinch of salt
- Coloured sprinkled and NESTLÉ Smarties, to decorate

Grease and line a 20cm square baking tin

Add the condensed milk and coconut cream to a jug and heat in the microwave until hot. Add the chopped milk chocolate to a bowl along with the lemon zest, vanilla and salt. Once the condensed milk is hot, pour it over the chocolate and stir until smooth and melted.

Transfer to the prepared baking tin and smooth the top, then sprinkle generously with coloured sprinkles and smarties

Place in the fridge to firm up, about 4 hours. Slice into 36 small squares
