Peppermint Chocolate Fudge

INGREDIENTS

• 2 Cups Nestlé Peppermint Crisp Crumbles
2 kilograms White Baking Chocolate (Cut into blocks)
• 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
• 1 kg Nestlé Condensed Milk

METHOD

1. In a double-boiler, on high heat , add white chocolate, Olive oil and gently mix until completely melted, reduce the heat, fold in Nestlé Peppermint Crisp Crumbles
2. Add Nestlé Condensed Milk, and continue to gently mix until the mixture resembles a light creamy thick texture
3. Transfer the chocolate mixture into a baking tray, cover and refrigerate for an hour or till it sets.
4. Cut into blocks and serve as desired.
