Meatballs with Creamy Sun-dried Tomato Sauce

Serves 4 Prep 8 mins Cook 25 mins
  • 3 Tbsp (45ml) Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 400g Meatballs
  • 2 Cups (500ml) Basic Creamy White Sauce (see recipe)
  • 100g Sun-dried Tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp (15ml) Tomato Paste
  • ⅓ Cup (80ml) Beef or Vegetable Stock
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Spaghetti or Tagliatelle
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Fresh Basil
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions and garlic.

  2. Add the meatballs and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients for 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Serve with spaghetti, Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.
