Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry

Serves 2 Prep 2 mins Cook 9 mins
  • 1 packet MAGGI Noodles
  • 15ml Cooking Oil
  • 1/2 Medium Onion Sliced
  • 2 Leaves Red Cabbage
  • 100g Beef Strips
  • 5ml MAGGI LAZENBY Worcestershire Sauce
  • Water for soaking Noodles
  • chopped spring onion
  1. In a medium pan or wok, heat the oil until hot.

  2. Add beef strips and fry until cooked through; further add sliced red cabbage and cook for about 5 minutes, combining everything together.

  3. Add MAGGI noodles soaked in hot water and cook until well coated and mixed.

  4. Saute sliced onions for about 3 minutes until fragrant.

  5. Serve hot and garnished freshly with chopped spring onions if desired.
