Creamy Peri-Peri Chicken Livers - Copy 2

Serves 6 Prep 5 mins Cook 14 mins
  • 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1.00 Medium Onions, Raw
  • 1 Garlic Clove, Crushed
  • 500g Chicken Livers, Trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp (30ml) Peri-Peri Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp (30ml) MAGGI LAZENBY Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Can Diced Tomato Mix
  • 1 can (290g) NESTLÉ Dessert & Cooking Cream
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • Red or Green Chilli, Sliced
  • Bread Rolls
  1. Add the MAGGI LAZENBY worcestershire sauce and tomatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes.

  2. Stir in the cream and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve topped with fresh coriander and chillies, if desired, and vetkoek or bread rolls.

  3. Heat the oil in a pan and gently fry the onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Increase the heat and add the chicken livers, searing each side for 1 minute.
