Creamy Morogo

Serves 4 Prep 10 mins Cook 20 mins
  • 1 Tbsp (15ml) Oil
  • 2 Onions, Chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 (410g) Can diced tomato
  • 1 Potato
  • 1 Large bunch morogo/spinach
  • 1 Can (290g) Nestlé Dessert & Cooking Cream
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions and garlic over a low heat for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and potato cook for 10 minutes, or until the potato has softened.

  2. Stir in the spinach/morogo and cook for 2 minutes.

  3. Stir in the cream and season with salt and pepper, cook for 3-4 minutes.
