Chicken & Mushroom MAGGI Noodles

Serves 2 Prep 1 mins Cook 13 mins
  • 100g Chicken Breast, Cubed
  • 2 Stalks Spring Onion
  • 1 Packet MAGGI 2-MINUTE NOODLES
  • 30ml Cooking Oil
  • 4 Fresh Button Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 1 Cup NESTLÉ Dessert & Cooking Cream
  • 3 sprigs Fresh Parsley, Chopped
  1. When the noodles are half cooked, drain and set aside. Toss them with little oil to prevent the noodles from sticking together.

  2. In a medium pan with hot oil, fry the chicken breast until golden brown for about 5 - 8 minutes and set aside.

  3. Cook MAGGI 2-MINUTE NOODLES according to packet instructions.

  4. Heat cooking oil in a pan, saute spring onions until slightly brown and then add in mushrooms and cook until tender.

  5. Pour in NESTLÉ Dessert & Cooking Cream. Let the mixture simmer to a thick consistency.

  6. Add cubed chicken breasts, adjust seasoning and give it a quick stir before turning off the heat

  7. Toss in MAGGI 2-MINUTE NOODLES and sprinkle chopped parsley if desired.
