Beef and Mushroom Stroganoff

Serves 4 Prep 0 mins Cook 13 mins
  • 3 Tbsp (45ml) Oil
  • 1 Onion, Diced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
  • 400g Beef, Cut into Strips
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) Paprika
  • 1 Red Pepper, Sliced
  • 250g Mushrooms, Halved
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp (15ml) Parsley, Chopped
  • 2 Cups (500ml) Basic Creamy White Sauce (see recipe)
  • 2 packets Maggi 2-Minute Noodles
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic and cook for 4-5 minutes.

  2. Increase the heat and add the beef strips. Fry for 3 minutes. Add the paprika, red pepper and mushroom and cook for 3 minutes.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 2 minutes.
