Beef and Mushroom Stroganoff

- 3 Tbsp (45ml) Oil
- 1 Onion, Diced
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
- 400g Beef, Cut into Strips
- 2 tsp (10 ml) Paprika
- 1 Red Pepper, Sliced
- 250g Mushrooms, Halved
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) Parsley, Chopped
- 2 Cups (500ml) Basic Creamy White Sauce (see recipe)
- 2 packets Maggi 2-Minute Noodles

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Increase the heat and add the beef strips. Fry for 3 minutes. Add the paprika, red pepper and mushroom and cook for 3 minutes.

Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 2 minutes.
