Basic Creamy White Sauce

Serves 2 Prep 5 mins Cook 8 mins
  • 2 Tbsp (30ml) Butter
  • 3 Tbsp (45ml) Cake Flour
  • ½ Cup (125ml) Chicken or Vegetable Stock, Hot
  • 2 Cans (240g) NESTLÉ Dessert & Cooking Cream
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  1. Melt the butter in a pan and whisk in the flour. Cook for 2 minutes.

  2. Add the hot stock and keep whisking.

  3. Gradually add the cream and cook for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
